Services* can/shall include the following:

B&B supervision pet care (additional charge) oversee housekeeping staff laundry breakfast preparation indoor plant maintenance kitchen clean-up B&B concierge (history, restaurants,etc.)

answer telephone afternoon/evening refreshments see to guest needs grocery/supply shopping guest check in/out common area cleaning building security daily financial accounting reservations/confirmations

*other services can be negotiated on an individual basis

Charges for services:

Basic charge: $100.00 - $150.00 per day

Travel to/from B&B: travel expenses to be determined by distance traveled; or, if we have to drive more than (1) one day and overnight accommodations are necessary.

Deposit:

Amount to be determined on an individual basis.
